Getting to Cherry Grove
About Cherry Grove
All Shady Beaches days start at 9:30am and end at 4:30pm. Prices are based from 9:30am-4:30pm. We do not offer partial days or rentals by the hour. You can add extra time to your rental if you would like.
When you book your Shady Beaches package, you can choose which walk you would like to be set up on.
You can book your beach day online any time. For last minute rental requests, please text or e-mail us. If we can accommodate your request, we will!
Cancellations & Refunds
At Shady Beaches, we understand that plans can change.
Cancellations requested by e-mail at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations requested by e-mail less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation start time will receive a 50% refund.
If Shady Beaches must cancel your reservation due to unsafe weather or beach conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Reservations not canceled and not used" (no shows") are
non-refundable.
Shady Beaches retains the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason to ensure the safety of our customers.

Each Signature and Premier package rental has a "rental locker" with a combination lock bag. Lock up your stuff and your rental equipment while you take a walk or simply have someone stay with the setup.
Weather & Wind Safety
Beach conditions can change quickly. For safety reasons, umbrellas and cabanas may need to be lowered or removed during higher winds (generally above 15–20 mph).
Only Shady Beaches staff can move, adjust, install, or remove equipment.
Safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Shady Beaches team.
Weather‑related changes do not guarantee refunds, except as noted in Section 4 (Cancellations & Refunds).
Umbrella Flyaway Clause:
The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by moving, loosening, or reinstalling umbrellas or cabanas. Shady Beaches is not liable for equipment altered by Renters.
Your safety remains our top priority.
All Shady Beaches items are for rental only. However, you may purchase Shady Beaches Turkish towels, t-shirts, tank tops, hats, and sweatshirts. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing merchandise. In the future, we will be adding a merchandise page to our website.
We do not offer food or any beverages other than bottled water and ice.
Yes, we are a concierge service and we do everything for you from start to finish. Just show up and relax for a stress-free day.
Setups are done by the Shady Beaches team and are done with many factors in mind-- first and foremost your safety. We also take into consideration the tides (when low and high tides are), the wind speed, the wind direction, the expected wind direction and speeds for your day, etc. We ask that you DO NOT move your chairs or setup to a different area. Please DO NOT put any Shady Beaches equipment in the ocean or near the ocean. The salt water will damage the equipment.
Absolutely! Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, bridal parties, etc.-- Shady Beaches has the beach equipment to make your special day memorable. Please e-mail or text us and we can work with you to create that special custom beach setup.
